3. Bidding and Negotiation Phase

The Bidding and Negotiation Phase. If a General Contractor is not pre-selected, we can arrange site visits and answer questions with Contractors as needed. Bids are then verified and analyzed to best select a General Contractor for the project. If the General Contractor has been pre-selected this phase will consist of any Value Engineering and final pricing issues. NOTE: At this phase we can also help analyze different approaches and options to the Construction Process which could include standard General Contractor, vs. Project Manager/Fee base contractors.
