This project was produced while at STUDIOS Architecture.

Project is a 17-story apartment building with a four-story parking garage below. Situated between the two residential buildings is a multi-level outdoor plaza with landscaping, a fitness facility, and pool. The building is designed to maximize the available FAR and height restricted by zoning and the FAA. In response to the Arlington County Site Plan agenda, the building is located at the edge of the street, gradually stepping back to allow light into the streets of Crystal City. The facade features generous amounts of glass, providing residents with an uninterrupted view of the airport and Potomac River.
